Meetings are usually held on the 1st Tuesday of each month, starting at 7.30pm. They are held in Stanton Drew Village Hall and all Parishioners and members of the public are welcome to attend meetings.

Annual Parish Meeting* and the Parish Council Annual Meeting 2026
The Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Friday 1st May 2026 in the Village Hallam 5.30pm.
This is a totally informal meeting, we expect it to wind up around 6.30pm.
Parishioners can informally raise any issue they wish on the evening.
We would like you to meet your Parish Councillors and understand what we do.
We hope to be able to show you early ideas for new equipment in our recreation area.
The Annual Parish meeting will start at 5.30pm and will be followed (approx) 6.30pm by the more formal Parish Council AGM and monthly meeting. There will be no meeting on Tuesday 5th May.
*Q: What is an Annual Parish Meeting?
A: Every year, in every English Parish, the Parish Council is required to hold a “Parish Meeting”. Although the Parish Council arranges this meeting it is not a meeting of the Parish Council. It is, specifically, a meeting for Parish Residents to bring up any matter, raise any question or put forward ideas and proposals, in relation to the Parish.
