B&NES has introduced an emergency temporary closure on Public Footpaths CL3/70 & CL18/13A running between Bromley Road and Sutton Road (A368) near Stanton Drew. These footpaths have been closed because of the likelihood of danger to the public: namely the danger caused by a damaged bridge. The emergency closure will last for up to 21 days but may then be extended if it takes longer than this to repair the bridge.
