Banes are seeking your opinions about our proposals to introduce a charge for Class N3 Euro 6 Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV) entering the charging zone in Bath. Also, they have included proposals for a 2 year exemption from the charge, if you are an eligible, local business or HGV operator.
